In 2005 R.A.V. founder, Ron Thomas, was a professional BMX rider touring and performing in extreme sports demonstrations.  At the time the industry standard equipment in this line of work was large, heavy, immobile, and complicated to assemble.  Thomas, who has a lifelong passion for building, came up with a design for simpler equipment that was easier to assemble and move.  That year, between tours, a first prototype was built and R.A.V. was born.

Over the following 15 years RAV produced thousands of events across America, largely possible because of its innovative equipment.  Along the way RAV developed a niche through offering branded event campaigns to major sponsors as effective tools for live audience data collection.  In this time RAV serviced clients such as the Department of Defense, the NBA and more.

Then in 2010 RAV began to apply its same knack for building and branding, with an eye toward data based decision making, to real estate endeavors.  By 2020 RAV became a full time real estate development firm, but its exciting and unique past lives on through the culture of the company today.
