Thomas, 39, founded RAV in 2005. Thomas is a licensed Residential Builder and Real Estate Broker with an educational background in Economics and Real Estate Finance. Since transitioning RAV to real estate full time, Thomas has overseen the redevelopment of more than 150,000 square foot of vacant, blighted property in and around the local market, with a total of about 370,000 +/- square foot currently under RAV’s management.
In his spare time Thomas enjoys hiking in National Parks and taking exercise classes with friends. Thomas is an instrument rated pilot, an avid traveler and a new father.
Bise, 39, oversees the daily operations of RAV’s major construction projects. Bise is himself a licensed Builder, and a certified welding inspector by trade, having previously worked in large-scale construction and maintenance management at Marathon for 15 years before taking his current position at RAV.
Bise is an avid outdoorsman who, in his spare time, enjoys walleye fishing, duck hunting, and competing in Pickleball tournaments.
